Different from other commerce Web sites today, vneshop.com will save much of your time as it doesn't require you to sign-in.
We use a 3-step shopping process:

    1. Put products in shopping basket
    2. Verify products in your shopping basket (optional)
    3. Provide order information

*Note: We often have special promotions for only members. If you haven't got an account, please sign-up one and log-in to receive our special programs.
Following is the detail of each step:

1. Put products in shopping cart::

    1. Click on the "Add to cart" button in product page to add the selected product into the your shopping basket.
    2. You can change each product's quantity or remove a product off the shopping basket. The quantity of each product will be counted by the number of clicks on the "Add to cart" button.
    3. You can remove a product from your shopping basket by going to shopping-basket page.

2. Verify products in your shopping basket(optional):

    1. Please check carefully the total price including: price of each product, shipping charge and sale tax, total costs.
    2. You also can modify, update your order information here.
    3. After verifying, click "Order" button to submit your order.

3. Provide order information:

    1. Sender information includes fullname, address, tel,...
    2. If you have an account and have already logged-in, your information will be updated automatically.Please re-check your information.

2. Receiver's information:

    1. We are very flexible in collecting recipient information; hoping to give you a feeling of being served by human being, not by machine. .
    2. Only recipient's name is required (for the ease of reference when needed).
    3. You need to provide us either receiver's address or receiver's telephone number.
    4. SPECIAL: You can choose a specific date for us to deliver your gift .
    5. You can attach your greeting with the gift and request us to follow some special instruction in your gift delivery.
    6. Your greeting will be printed on a beautiful postcard and attached with your gift.

Delivery Information

Vneshop can deliver all provinces in Vietnam and 180 countries all over the world. Every orders on Vneshop will be delivered to the receivers' addresses. (Please order and make payment 24hours before the time you want to deliver  and 36hours for other communes. ). 1.Can I have sameday delivered today?

Any item can be delivered on the same day during non-holiday periods, if the order is placed and checked before 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in the recipient's time zone. Our selected staffs will design the arrangement and send it out for delivery during our business hours (7 a.m. - 7 p.m.).
You can use prepaid-shopcard to check your order in a flash and save your money.

2. How can I receive a confirmation of my order?

We will automatically send you an email for confirmation as long as you have provided us with a valid email address. We will inform you when we receive your order (tems, receiver..., as well as a confirmation of the requested delivery date). For direct shipped gift items, we will also send you a confirmation that they have picked up your gift as well as a tracking number, and a confirmation of the actual delivery date.

3.Can I change my order information?

If you have any concerns about changing your order, you can contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through these services:

    3. We will contact the florist's with any changes or updates you have from your previous order up to one day prior to delivery.

All customers are automatically sent a confirmation that we have received their order, as long as they have provided us with a valid email address. You will also have a delivery date confirmation.
When our customers place an order, they will receive a confirmation that we have received their order and an assigned tracking number (transaction ID). And finally, our customer will receive a confirmation of the delivery date.

Return Policy

What is the return policy?
Our return policy is simple and hassle-free. You may return any item for a full return, as long as the product is in its original resaleable condition, not in use for anytime. If the recipient returns the item, upon receipt and inspection, either a gift certificate or a refund check will be issued.

  1. Perishable items - we are unable to accept returns on perishable gifts. Any quality issues should be resolved with a re-delivery date.
  2. Non-perishable - we do accept returns on non-perishable items, as long as the item is in resaleable condition.
  3. Fine jewelry - we accept returns on fine jewelry as long as the purchase was made within the last 30 days, and the wear tag has not been removed from the item. Please contact us to coordinate the return shipment of the product.
